Kevin Mathews

Kevin is a Helena native and current resident. He studied vocal performance at Montana State University while earning an engineering degree. While there he was active in performance choirs, local opera, and musical theater. After graduation he moved to the Seattle area where he performed as a soloist with the Pacific Lutheran University chorale.

Since returning to Helena he has performed several times as a featured soloist with the Helena Symphony and with the Helena Chamber Singers, the Bozeman Symphonic Choir, and the Artisan Dance Company. Kevin has also appeared as "the King" in Grandstreet Theater’s production of The King and I, and as "the villain" in Urinetown. He frequently performs jazz standards with Jim Madden at Benny’s Bistro in Helena.
